Donald Duck
Donald was born on Friday the thirteenth, 3/13 this was announced in his official biography released in 1941. Friday the 13th is considered an unlucky day in Western superstition.
On March 13th, 2020, another Donald (Trump) declared the first ever 50 state, state of emergency over the Covid-19 pandemic.
A study by Scanlon, Luben, Scanlon, & Singleton (1993) attracted attention from popular science literature, as it concluded that "the risk of hospital admission as a result of a transport accident may be increased by as much as 52 percent on the 13th"; however, the authors clearly state that "the numbers of admissions from accidents are too small to allow meaningful analysis".
According to folklore historian Donald Dossey, the unlucky nature of the number "13" originated with a Norse myth about 12 gods having a dinner party in Valhalla. The trickster god Loki, who was not invited, arrived as the 13th guest, and arranged for Höðr to shoot Balder with a mistletoe-tipped arrow. Dossey: "Balder died, and the whole Earth got dark. The whole Earth mourned. It was a bad, unlucky day." This major event in Norse mythology caused the number 13 to be considered unlucky.
From the 1890s, a number of English language sources have related the "unlucky" number thirteen to an idea that at the Last Supper, Judas, the disciple who betrayed Jesus, was the 13th to sit at the table. The Bible says nothing about the order in which the Apostles sat, but there were thirteen people at the table.
Donald Duck’s car is known as the 313 due to its license plate number, which is his date of birth, 3/13

Revelation 13:18

Notice the quote from Scrooge McDuck, “Maybe I gained a tourist attraction?” The Ex World Trade Center is now in fact a tourist attraction.
Scrooge McDuck is just like the owner of the Twin Towers at the time of 9/11, Larry Silverstein, who bought the Twin Towers and profited 4,5B dollars of insurance after the attacks.
